| 摘 要： | 回顾我国油脂工业的发展历史，特别是最近几年，油脂工业取得了突飞猛进的发展，但是也存在技术倒退以及许多不完善之处。展望未来，我们要坚持制油理论，推广应用新技术、新工艺，使油脂工业在参与国际竞争中立于不败之地。
