硫铁矿制酸新型废热回收系统探讨

摘    要:对硫铁矿制酸沸腾炉出口废热锅炉、高温过热器、空气预热器和干吸热回收系统组成的新型废热回收系统进行了探讨,通过综合回收沸腾炉废热、电除尘器出口废热、转化工序废热和干吸工序废热,可使硫铁矿制酸装置450℃、3.5 MPa中压蒸汽产率达到1.55t/t,与常规硫铁矿制酸废热回收系统相比,新系统废热利用率提高了19%~55%。

Abstract:A new waste heat recovery system for pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant is proposed.It consists of a waste heat boiler after fluidized bed roaster,high-temperature superheater,air preheater and waste heat recovery system for drying and absorption section.The waste heat coming from fluidized bed roaster,ESP,conversion section and drying and absorption section can be comprehensively recoveried to raise 1.55 t middle-pressure steam at 450℃and 3.5 MPa per tonne sulphuric acid.Compared with the conventional waste heat recovery system for pyrite -based sulphuric acid plant,the new system can increased 19%-55%waste heat utilization ratio.
