A Preliminary Study on the Reform of Issue Method of Share in China |

| Abstract: | This article analyses the net-based fix price issue method of the present stock market(especially share market)of China,after analysing we make a conclude that we country should practise the net-based competitive price issue method,it could make full use of the development of stock market,it should be beneficial to the healthy development of stock market of China. |
