长期贮存固体发动机中推进剂及其界面性能研究

摘    要:将经长期贮存的某战术型号发动机作为研究对象,对该发动机使用的聚(PO/THF共聚醚)(/BDNPA/F)/AP/Al复合固体推进剂进行了研究,测试了长期贮存后发动机中的推进剂性能,检测了其装药界面。结果表明,该型号发动机存放20年以上,推进剂界面黏结保持良好,装药内部结构完整。该点火发动机存放28年,性能基本满足要求,工作正常。

Abstract:Using certain long term stored tactics-type engine as research target,the poly(PO/THF co-polyether)/(BDNPA/F)/AP/Al composite solid propellant used in the engine was investigated.The properties of the propellant after long term storing in the engine were tested,and the charge interfaces were checked.The results show that,after this type engine was stored more than 20 years,the interface adhesion of the propellant was kept good,and the internal structure of charge was kept intact.The properties of the ignition engine can essentially meet the requirements and work normally after storing for 28 years.
