二硫化钼纳米微粒及其单层悬浮液的制备

摘    要:利用硫化铵与钼酸钠为原料,制备出非晶态三硫化钼微粒,在氢气氛下煅烧晶化该非晶态三硫化钼,得到30-50nm的片状二硫化钼微粒.将制备的纳米二硫化钼微粒与正丁基锂的正己烷溶液反应48小时,然后将固体产物浸入水中,在超声分散下获得了稳定的纳米二硫化钼悬浮液,最后用XRD、TEM及HRTEM对产物进行了表征.

Abstract:Molybdenum trisulfide(MoS3)was first obtained by the fast reaction of ammonium sulfide and sodium molybdate.Molybdenum disulfide nanoparticles with about 30-50 nm sizes were prepared by heating the resultant MoS3 under H2 flow.The intercalation compound of lithium into the so prepared nano-MoS2 was synthesized in the n-butyl lithium solution of n-hexane,and the monolayer nano-MoS2 suspension was obtained by adding water into the resultant intercalation compound.The suspension was characterized by XRD,TEM and HRTEM.
