黄花寨水电站碾压混凝土拱坝设计

摘    要:介绍了黄花寨水电站碾压混凝土拱坝(坝高110m)枢纽布置、坝体优化、拱坝结构设计、拱坝仿真分析以及基础处理等设计内容。黄花寨水电站碾压混凝土拱坝通过体形优化,在应力分布合理、坝肩稳定的条件下减小了大坝体积,节省了投资;根据仿真分析的结果提出了简单合理的分缝及温控措施,有利于大坝快速碾压.节省了工程建设工期及投资。该大坝是国内第1座坝高超100m全部采用外掺MgO碾压混凝土筑坝技术的拱坝,在材料质量控制及混凝土配合比设计上具有借鉴作用。

Abstract:The article introduces design contents of Huanghuazai RCC Arch Dam with a height of 110 m such as pivot layout,optimum of dam body form,structure design,simulation analyses,foundation treatment and etc..After optimum,the dam had be reduced its volume under the conditions of reasonable stress distribution and abutment stability.In the light of results of simulation analyses,some measures of simple,reasonable joint distribution and temperature control were raised in result of rapid roller compaction of the dam.The ACC arch dam is the first one above 100 m adopted admixture MgO in all dam concrete.Its experience of material quality control and concrete mix proportion design,therefore,has been as reference for other similar projects.
