| 摘 要： | 提出了流域梯级水电站统一上网电价的观点,并论述统一上网电价的必要性和可行性。提出统一测算的原则,并给出了某一流域的具体运作方案。流域统一电价对流域的滚动开发、水资源的充分利用等具有非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the unified prices of electricity sent into grid for cascade hydropower stations and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the unified price of electricity sent into grid. Some calculation principles and their applications to a river basin are given in this paper. The unified price of electricity sent into gird for cascade hydropower stations in a river basion is of very importance to the rolling development and efficient utilization of water resources in the river basin. |
