铝硅合金化低碳钢多道次变形的组织演变与力学性能

摘    要:利用热模拟试验研究了铝硅合金化低碳钢多道次变形及连续冷却过程的组织演变.实验结果表明,通过多道次轧制和控制冷却工艺可以得到细晶铁素体和贝氏体双相组织,此铁素体/贝氏体双相钢具有低的屈服强度、高抗拉强度、低屈强比以及连续屈服的特性.

Abstract:The microstructure evolutions of AI-Si-bearing low carbon steel during multi-pass hot deformation and subsequent continuous cooling process were studied. The results show that ferrite/bainite dual phase microstruture is obtained by controlling multi-pass rolling and cooling process. The ferrite/bainite dual phase steel has low yield strength, high tensile strength, low yielding ratio and continuous yielding behavior.
