摘    要:介绍了大型异步电动机状态监测与故障诊断系统的主要功能及关键技术。该系统仅需采集异步电动机定子三相电压、三相电流瞬时信号,无需任何热或机械传感器,应用方便,运行效果理想。

Abstract:It introduces the primary functions and some key techniques of MMADS,the induction motor condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system,which has been accomplished by the authors.MMADS is based on the so-called Motor Current Signature Analysis technique,MCSA,which utilizes the analysis results of the stator current.It implies that the the mal and mechanical transducers,which are delicate and expensive,are not necessary.MMADS has been installed on the site,and the achievement is outstanding.
