摘    要:脉冲占空比是反映脉冲信号的一个基本参数,在电子测量中占有重要地位。本文设计了一种利用可调频率振荡电路校准,基于电子计数的脉冲信号占空比的测量电路。该电路采用基本数字电路组合,以数字显示形式直接给出脉冲信号的占空比。通过Multisim仿真验证测量电路能够按照预先设计的方案对脉冲信号占空进行有效的测量,调节简便,测量结果可靠,对50Hz~10kHz范围内的脉冲信号测量的误差一般不超过2%,能较好地满足测量要求。

Abstract:Duty ratio is a basic parameter of pulse signal, and it occupies important place in the electronic measurement. A circuit for measuring pulse duty ratio is given, which is realized by frequency modifiable digital circuit oscillator, and the measurement circuit based on digital counter for pulse duty ratio. By count calibration with adjusting frequency, this circuit can directly display the duty ratio of measured pulse in digital. Through Mulfisim emulation, the circuit achieves design requirement beforehand. Measuring pulse duty ratio within the scope of frequency 50 Hz-10 kHz, measurement error is not more than 2% in general. The circuit is easy to operate, reliable and satisfying measure result.
