摘    要:目的:探讨64层螺旋CT检查对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值.方法:选择2008年5月-2012年4月收治的颅内动脉瘤患者60例,所有患者都采用64层螺旋CT检查,并与手术病理结果进行对比.结果:经64层螺旋CT检出65个动脉瘤,确诊颅内动脉瘤58例,阴性2例.诊断的敏感性与特异性分别为100.0%和50.0%.结论:64层螺旋CTA诊断颅内动脉瘤具有较高的敏感性,在对动脉瘤的空间解剖关系方面更具优势,因可以作为颅内动脉瘤诊断首选技术.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the 64 layer spiral CT examination in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm. Methods: In May 2008 -April 2012 admits of patients with intracranial aneurysm in 60 cases, all patients by 64 slice spiral CT examination, and the results of operation and pathology were compared. Results: After 64 slice spiral CT detected 65 aneurysms, diagnosed intracranial aneurysms in 58 cases, 2 cases were negative. Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were respectively 100% and 50%. Conclusion: The 64 layer spiral CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm with higher sensitivity, the aneurysm spatial anatomic relations more advantages, because can be used as the preferred technique diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.
