螺旋CT扫描技术在肺结节患者诊断中的应用分析

摘    要:目的:探讨螺旋CT扫描技术在肺结节患者诊断当中的应用情况,为临床诊断提供参考依据.方法:回顾性分析本院2010年2月~2012年2月经CT技术诊断的60例肺结节患者的临床资料,分别给予常规剂量螺旋CT检查以及低剂量螺旋CT检查,并对两种检查方法的检查结果进行比较分析.结果:两种扫描方法在图像效果、发现结节的数目、肺结节形态学的特征以及对其进行定性的结果方面比较差异均没有显著性(P均>0.05).结论:低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术与常规剂量螺旋CT扫描技术在结果上没有显著差异,而且低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术降低了患者辐射的危害性,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the spiral CT scanning technology in patients with pulmonary nodules of diagnosis, the application of provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis the February 2010 - February 2012 menstrual CT technology diagnosis of 60 patients with lung nodules of clinical material, were given regular doses of spiral CT examination and low dose helical CT examination, two different checking method of inspection result was analyzed. Results: Two scanning methods in the image, and found that the number of nodules effect, pulmonar.~ nodules the morphology of the characteristics and the qualitative results compare the differences are not significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Low-dose spiral CT scan technology and regular doses of spiral CT scanning technology in the results have no significant difference, and low dose spiral CT scanning technology to reduce the patients the harmfulness of radiation, worth clinical application.
