基于信噪比测量时钟抖动的方法

摘    要:研究了高速数据采集系统中时钟抖动对信噪比的影响,进而提出一种基于信噪比测量时钟抖动的方法。在采样-保持电路的模型的基础上,推导出信噪比与抖动及输入信号频率之间的数学公式,并对其进行了仿真。最后使用这种方法实际测量了两种时钟的抖动。结果表明,该方法操作简单、测量精确。

Abstract:The effect of the clock jitter on the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) in the high-speed data acquisition system was studied and a new technique to measure the clock jitter based on SNR was proposed.A mathematical formula to link the SNR and the clock jitter as well as the input signal frequency was derived based on the sampl-hold circuit model and its simulation was done.Two kinds of clock jitter were measured with the proposed technique and results show it is characterized by easy operation and high resolution.
