| 摘 要： | 本文把“逆规则”傅立叶展开法和反射透射系数阵（PTCM）递推算法推广到电磁各向异性介质光栅中。这种算法的可靠性、稳定性、收敛性和快速性是令人满意的，最后把它用于晶体阶梯光栅偏振分离的计算，并把它与标量理论的计算结果相比较。

| Abstract: | In this paper,Fourier extended method of inverse rule and recurrent algorithm of the reflection transmission coefficient matrix(RTCM) are extended in electromagnetic anisotropic medium gratings.Reliability,stability,convergence and fastness of this algorithm are satisfying.At last,it is used in calculating about polarization separation of crystal echelon gratings,and its result is compared with that of scalar theory computation. |
