摘    要:城市的外向扩张速度加快,城市各类基础设施用地之间矛盾日益凸显,城市功能与变电站的矛盾亟待统筹化解。本文基于GIS数据处理平台,分析杭州市变电站规划布局规律,摒弃复杂算法模型,提出关于变电站的可视化、一次性到位的网格化规划布局模式。网格化规划模式控制变电站服务半径,可以有效避免“站群”矛盾,并利用网格划分模式对杭州市主城区密集地区变电站规划布局进行实证研究,提出杭州市变电站规划布局存在的不足之处。总结出变电站网格单元的规划控制指标参考体系,以达到变电站周边城市用地的集约化利用,并对将来城市其他基础设施规划起到一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the aceleration of urban outward expansion,the contradiction between different types of urban infrastructure land is becoming more and more obvious,and the contradiction between urban function and substation is urgently to be solved.Based on GIS data processing platform,this paper analyzes the layout of substation planning in Hangzhou,rects the complex algorithm model,and puts forward the“grid”layout pattern of the substation at one time."Grid planning mode can control substation service radius and avoid the"station group"contradiction efectively.The grid partition pattern can carry on the empirical research to the substation layout planning in the concentrated area of Hangzhou city;this paper puts forward the shortcomings of the planning layout of the substation in Hangzhou.It is concluded that the planning and control index re ference system of substation grid unit can reach the intensive utilization of the city land around the substation,and it can be used for reference in future urban infrastructure planning.
