地下钢筋混凝土圆管涵优化分析

摘    要:针对钢筋混凝土圆形管涵受力问题,以某一码头煤炭堆场管涵作为研究对象。首先,对管涵初始设计构造进行应力分析,结果发现当管涵上部回填土的厚度高于2.0m时,现有规范规定的尺寸已不再符合实际工程要求,甚至会致使涵管遭破坏。然后,根据初始方案圆形管涵的体积最小化问题,通过有限元软件分析,优化出既安全又经济的管涵型号。

Abstract:This paper studied the reinforced circular concrete culvert,taking a culvert in a pier coal yard as an example;Firsty,it analyzed the initial design stress of the culvert,its results showed that when the thickness of the culvert upper backfill higher than 2.0m,the size of the existing specification is no longer comply with the requirements of practical engineering,and even cause the culvert to destruction.Then,according to the initial program of box culvert volume minimization problem by the finite element software analysis,to optimize both safety and economic culvert models.
