摘    要:基于辐射传热原理,分析了电辐射加热条件下高辐射率涂料的节能机理,理论分析和实际应用都已证明,高辐射率涂料在电辐射加热条件下的应用可取得比在火焰炉内更好的节能效果。高温辐射涂料今后将向着超细超薄化、成分复合化、功能多样化的方向发展。

Abstract:The energy saving mechanism in the app li cation of high emissive coating in radiation heating process by electricity is brought to light based on the theory of radiation heat transfer.Comparing w ith its application in flame furnace,high emissive coating in radiation heatin g process by electricity does better on energy saving.The developing trend of the high emissive coatings will be ultra fine and ultra thin,compositely compo nential and multi-functional.
