同步控制及其在结晶器振动中的应用

摘    要:针对当今已广泛应用于多个领域的电机同步控制技术,研究能满足多电机间速度和角位移同步控制要求的先进同步控制技术已成为关键.通过对主令式、主从式、相交耦合技术、双轴相交耦合控制方法、电虚拟总轴控制、相关耦合策略等新老同步控制方法分析比较,为不同的工业场合提供参考,并提出一种采用同步策略控制双交流伺服电机驱动连铸结晶器振动的技术改造新方案.以上方法的仿真曲线均在三相交流感应电机上仿真得到,经过比较,给出了这些控制策略在不同负载扰动下的优缺点,并在改造方案中得到了成功应用.

Abstract:Aimed at extensive applications of multi-motor synchronization control,an advanced synchronization control technique for the synchronization of the speeds and angle positions between motors is discussed.Reference for industrial application is given by comparing with the master-slave,cross coupling technique,bi-axial cross-coupled control method,electronic(virtual) line-shafting and the relative coupling strategy.A practical application of continuous casting mold vibration equipment driven by two servomotors,is given based on one of the former methods.Results based on two motors with different load variations are presented,showing advantages and limitations of those techniques,succeeding in the practical application.
