| 摘 要： | 节约农业用水是提高用水效率、节约用水的关键，价格杠杆作用对节约农业用水的有效性有限，完善田间渠系建设、减少农业用水的损失浪费是农业用水节约的关键。就田间渠系建设资金应该由谁承担的问题，分别从农户、供水企业、政府三个角度提出了笔者的一点看法。

| Abstract: | Agricultural water conservation is to increase the efficiency of water use, water conservation the key role of the price lever to agricultural water conservation limited effectiveness, improve field canal constmction to reduce agricultural water losses and waste of water conservation is the key. This canal constmction funds on the field who should bear the problem from farmers, water supply enterprises, the government proposed three point that the author views. |
