摘    要:介绍了±800 kV直流系统用棒形支柱瓷芯复合绝缘子电场分布计算及均压特性研究的情况。采用有限元、边界元数值计算方法,对±800 kV直流系统用棒形支柱瓷芯复合绝缘子进行电压分布和电场分布三维有限元计算,分析了均压环的结构型式、环径、管径及安装位置对电场分布的影响,得出±800 kV直流系统用棒形支柱瓷芯复合绝缘子的均压环优化设计方案:母线侧,大均压环环径为1200~1500mm、截面直径为150~180mm、低于母线侧法兰下端面200mm,小均压环环径为600~650 mm、截面直径为60 mm、低于母线侧法兰下端面100 mm;支架侧均压环环径为1 000~1 200 mm、截面直径为120 mm、高于支架侧法兰上端面200 mm。

Abstract:The research status of electric field distribution calculation and grading ring charac-teristic of rod ceramic-core post insulator for ±800 kV D.C.system was introduced.Voltage distribution and electric field three-dimensional finite element calculation was carried out on rod ceramic-core post insulator for ±800 kV D.C.system by using finite element,boundary element numerical calculation method,and influence of the configuration,ring diameter,tube diameter and installation location of grading ring was analyzed,obtained the optimum design of grading ring: on the bus-bar side,the larger grading ring diameter is 1200~1500 mm,section diameter is 150~180 mm,200 mm below the bottom flange level on the bus-bar side;the smaller grading ring diameter is 600~650 mm,section diameter is 60 mm,100 mm below the bottom flange level on the bus-bar side;bracket side,grading ring diameter is 1000~1200 mm,section diameter is 120 mm,200 mm above the top flange on the bracket side.
