摘    要:本文对不同运行时间的12Cr1MoV钢主蒸汽管金属中的铁素体、珠光体和晶界区的显微硬度进行了测量,分析讨论了实验结果,得出了钢管金属珠光体区显微硬度H_(V0.005)与运行时间t之间的函数关系。由此可根据珠光体的显微硬度值大致判定12Cr1MoV钢主蒸汽管的老龄程度。

Abstract:The micro-hardness on ferrite, pearlite and their boundary region of a series of 12CrlMoV steel steam pipe samples with different operating time were determined and the experimental results are analysed and discussed in this paper. Finally the linear relationship of pearlite micro-hardness against operating time H_(V 0. 005)= 231. 254--3. 589t is obtained. With which, the approximate aging degree of 12CrlMoV steam piping might be determined.
