基于数字图像处理技术的大型轴类工件平行度测量方法

摘    要:基于数字图像处理技术,提出大型轴类工件平行度测量方法。该方法通过CCD相机获得所需检测轴的数字图像,并利用边缘检测法检测出轴的边缘(轴母线)信息,然后计算出轴之间的平行度。针对CCD相机在成像过程中存在畸变,且该畸变会对平行度检测精度造成很大影响的问题,提出一种消除轴母线畸变而提高平行度检测精度的方法。基于数字图像处理技术的轴平行度检测方法使用简便,且检测精度高。

Abstract:The method of measuring the parallelism for large-scale shafts based on digital image processing was proposed. The edges of the shafts in the image were detected with the edge-detection method and then calculate the parallelism of the shafts. The aberration in the image caused by the optical element will affect the measuring precision, so one method was studied,which can eliminate the effect of the aberration. The method of measuring parallelism proposed herein is simple and with high precision.
