摘    要:WP-7发动机的Ⅰ级压缩机叶片,是由不锈钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoVA制作而成的,在返修检测过程中,经常发现这种材料叶片的进气边都存在有微小裂纹,有时也检查出较大些的裂纹。显然,压缩机叶片微裂纹的存在是飞机发动机的故障,乃至飞行安全的潜在隐患,因此有必要进行分析研究,切不可等闲视之。

Abstract:Micro cracks, or cracks sometimes were always found in the leading edge of compressor blade in aircraft engine which being made of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoVA during detecting process, that will induce the failure of engine or threaten the flying safety. It is necessary to research and analyze why they are aroused.
