空调系统水力失调对电动两通阀动作的影响

摘    要:为了研究空调水系统水力工况变化而产生的水力失调对电动两通阀动作的影响.笔者对电动两通阀进行了受力分析,论述了克服阀门不平衡力的执行机构及其输出力,利用空调系统水压图对风机盘管水系统进行了定性和定量分析.分析表明当某高层建筑空调系统水流量降低为总设计流量的50%时,其底层风机盘管上的电动两通阀动作失灵.进而提出从阀门自身构造性能和空调水系统水力工况的合理分布这两方面寻求解决的办法.

Abstract:In order to discuss the influence on the two-way electric valve for the hydraulic maladjustment caused by the change of hydraulic regime of air conditioning system,the author analyses the force of valve and discusses the valve actuator and its output force,then makes qualitative analysis and quantative analysis on fan-coil water system utilizing pressure diagram display.The analysis indicates when the flow-ratio of system in high-rise building falls to 50% of the total design flow,the two-way electronic valve on the fan-coil in first floor causes valve failure. The author therefore brings forward the resolution of the structure of valves and reasonable distributing of hydraulic regime in water system of air conditioning.
