双线高速线材轧机速度控制系统

摘    要:通过双线高速线材轧机两种常规速度控制系统模型的分析,重点介绍了湘潭第二高速线材厂的双线速度控制系统,其与常规的速度控制系统比较。其有单/双线轧制控制模式的无扰切换、精轧机速度波动小、调整灵活和便于检修等优点。

Abstract:The paper introduces the speed control system of Xianggang's No.2 high speed wire rod plant,analyses two conventional speed control systems of the high speed wire rod mill with two strands. Compared to the conventional control system, the speed control system adopted by Xianggang is featured with advantages,such as the two strands rolling mode and single line rolling mode can be transfer to each other in any case,flexibility in adjusting the process data,tightly variable range of the finish mill's speed,as well as convenient to commission after maintenance.
