提高自蔓延陶瓷内衬钢管耐蚀性研究的进展

摘    要:广泛应用于石油,化工,能源等领域的钢管,除了要有高强度外,还要有良好的耐蚀性。自蔓延高温合成技术是制备耐蚀钢管的新技术,具有工艺简单,成本低和产品耐蚀性能好等特点。介绍了自蔓延高温合成陶瓷内衬钢管的原理和提高陶瓷内衬钢管耐蚀性的措施,展望了耐蚀陶瓷内衬钢管在工业生产上的应用前景。

Abstract:The steel pipes that are widely used in petroleum,chemical industry and energy industry have not only high strength but also good corrosive resistance.Self-propagating high-temperature synthesis-SHS is a new technology making corrosive resistance steel pipe,this technology has the characteristic of simple process,low cost and good corrosive resistance.The writers introduce the principle making ceramic-lined steel pipe by SHS and the method improving thecorrosive resistance of ceramic-lined steel pipe,we also forecast the application of ceramic-lined steel pipe.
