气氨净化试验研究及建议

摘    要:采用降温冷凝除杂和MDEA有机胺复配液脱硫等方法对加压脱酸脱氨汽提装置中产生的气氨进行净化,进一步除去气氨中夹带的硫化物、酚、油等少量杂质,其中降温冷凝除杂试验成果已成功在工业上实现应用,生产出的氨水无色透明,异味基本得到控制,有机物含量明显减低。同时提出从源头上对含酚废水进行预处理脱油,对汽提部分工艺参数进行调整,在后续的处理加上精脱硫吸附装置等措施。

Abstract:Adopting cooling and condensating for unuseful substance removal, MDEA washing for sulfur re- moval in gaseous ammonia produced in pressurized ammonia stripping device for acid and ammonia removal can further remove remained substances such as sulfides, phenols and oils entrained in ammonia. The cooling and condensating method has successfully been applied in industrial use, produced colorless transparent am- monia water, in which the smell was effectively controlled, organic compounds were effectively reduced. The measures for oil pre-removal in phenols contained waste water, process indicator adjusting in stripping section, adding adsorption device as after-disposal for fine sulfur removal were also presented.
