桁架金属结构节点与结构应变响应

摘    要:研究起重机械中常用的桁架金属结构在承受冲击载荷时,不同节点形式的应交响应,采用了对接焊节点.铰节点与节点板联接等模拟结构,利用矩阵数值分析法和由实验结果求解结构阶跃响应的方法,提出刚性连接与铰接杆件轴向力相近,节点板联接的结构应变响应幅值较小以及桁架结构在冲击载荷作用下会产生弯矩.

Abstract:The effect of joints on strain responses of frame structures for crane subjected to impact loads are investigated in this paper.The model structures are composed of sealing joints,pin joints and reinforced by small square plates.The matrix method in the numerical analysis and step responses of structures which are computed from experimental results of structures are used.The axial force of the element connected with pin Joints is approximate the same as onewith rigid joints.The amplitude of strain responses is slightly reduced with attachment of the small plate for reinforcement at joints.The bending is produced in frame structures subjected toimpact loads.
