铝合金氩弧表面合金化层的组织和性能研究

摘    要:利用氩弧作为热源,将高熔点的镍、铬直接熔入铸造铝合金表面,获得组织均匀的合金化层。显微组织结构分析表明,合金化层由Ni3Al、NiAl等金属间化合物组成,其硬度可达到130HV0.1左右,大约是基体材料的1.6倍;耐磨性大约是基体的1.4倍左右。

Abstract:Ni and Cr were melted directly into the surface of cast aluminiu m alloy by tungsten-inert gas arc, and an alloyed layer with good metallurgical bonding performance was formed. The microstructure analysis shows that the alloy ed layer is composed of inter-metallic compounds Ni3Al,NiAl. The micro-hardness of alloyed layer can reach up to 130 HV0.1, which is about 1.6 times of the subs trate material. The relative wear resistance is about 1.4 times of the substrate material.
