iPAD系统在科技档案工作中的应用

随着我国电子档案管理的普及与应用,工程设计人员对CAD图纸的计算机管理和再利用产生了极为迫切的要求。2001年5月我院针对生产需要,经过需求分析、方案论证、流程制订等过程,开发了iPAD工程图纸管理系统。(简称iPAD系统)该系统以我院高速网络环境为支撑、以Dom ino数据库为核心、SQL Server数据库为补充,与其他系统可以进行集成,实现了CAD图纸的打印出版、实时积累、整理入库、报表统计、权限管理等主要功能。iPAD系统方便设计人员对CAD图纸的重复利用,提高设计效率和设计质量,实用性强、效果显著。

Appcication of iPAD System in Science and Technology File Management

with the popularization and appcication of electronic file management in China,engineering designers have an urgent demand for the computerized management and reuse of CAD drawing.After the analysis in demand,comprehensive analysis in plan,design of industrial production procedure and other stages,our college developed the management system of iPAD engineering drawing in May,2001,which is aimed at the production demand.With our college's high-speed network environment as its platform,Domino data base as its core,SQL Srver DataBase as its complement,iPAD system realizes many main functions like printing and publishing CAD drawings,accumulating on time,sorting and storing,issuring on internet,retrieving at speed,downloading reports submitted to the higher authorities for examination and approval,reporting statistics in forms,limiting managerial authority,incorporated into other systems.iPAD system is convenient for designers to reuse the CAD drawings.So as to improve effiency and quality in designing iPAD system is practical and efective.
