压力偶矩对切向炉气流旋转影响的研究

摘    要:引入壁面压力偶矩概念,研究和分析了在燃烧器区域导致角动量流率额外增加的原因,并依此解释不同锅炉反切效果不同的原因;通过研究壁面压力偶矩与角动量流率的关系,认为在燃烧器区域,壁面压力偶矩起着强化旋转的作用,使旋转射流出现贴壁趋势,由于气流贴壁,使旋转气流在没有付出任何代价的情况下,旋转气流的角动量流率得以大幅增加。图10表1参4

Abstract:The concept of pressure generated moments on wall surfaces is being introduced,with the help of which supplementation of angular flow momentum in the furnace's burner zone is studied and analyzed,and the appearance of differing counter-tangential effects in different boilers explained.This pressure generated moment on the burner zone's wall surface promotes swirling,forcing the swirling jet to stick to the wall's surface,and this in turn effects the flow's angular momentum to increase remarkably,without requiring any additional effort.Figs 10,table 1 and refs 4.
