摘    要:分析了异步电动机使用中的主要故障.介绍了利用单片机的捕捉功能检测各线电流相位,应用对称分量法计算各正序电流、负序电流和零序电流,以此为判据对异步电动机的断相、供电电压不平衡、定子绕组匝间短路等不对称性故障进行保护的装置.本装置算法简便、灵敏度高,对此功能具有无需调整的"傻瓜"特性,同时还对过载等对称性故障有保护作用.

Abstract:Analysis of main breakdown of the induction motor, a device using seizure function of microprocessor control unit to measure the phase of three line current and calculate the positive sequence current, the negative sequence current and the zero sequence current, which can protect the induction motor when the motor has unsymmetrical breakdown without adjustment, and can protect the induction motor when the motor has symmetrical breakdown too, were presented in this paper.
