摘    要:济钢鲍德气体公司通过采用西门子S7300 PLC系统和iFix上位监控软件开发了大型压缩机全自动控制系统,利用济钢能源动力网网络资源实现了对济钢鲍德气体公司焦化空压机站控制数据的远程传输和实时监控,有效提高了压缩空气供应系统的应急调度能力,实现了大型空压机无人值守。

Abstract:Jinan Baode gas company by adopting Siemens S7300 PLC system and iFix upper monitor software developed large compressor automatic control system. Through utilizing of Jinan Steel's power network resources the remote transmission and real-time monitoring for control data of coking air compressor station of Jinan Baode gas company was realized, effectively improving the emergency scheduling ability of the compressed air supply system, realizing the large air compressor unattended.
