摘    要:基于FANUC 0i—Mate系统数控机床综合故障诊断设备采用多模块化设计,其中PMC联机调试模块部分占有非常重要的地位,结合日常机床生产工作中经常遇到的电气问题,可人为设置一些典型的案例故障,让学习者能够利用数控机床中PMC接口信号和用户程序来排除故障,提高学习者在理论学习之后的实践经验,为将来机床电气部分故障检测和排除打下良好基础。

Abstract:Based on FANUC 0IMate system fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools,the modular design was adopted in the paper,among which the PMC debugging module occupies a very important position.Some typical fault cases about electrical problems of machine tools in production could be designed,so that learners can use NC machine tool in PMC interface signal and the user program to eliminate the faults,which can improve learners' practical skills after theory learning,and help them detect and eliminate the faults in the electrical parts of the machine tools.
