摘    要:分析研究了热处理工艺对新型T23无缝钢管组织性能的影响。结果表明,在试验温度范围内,随着奥氏体化温度提高,硬度总体缓慢增加,晶粒长大,奥氏体化温度升高到1 050℃、30 min时,晶粒度达到理想的7~7.5级;随回火温度升高,强度、硬度均缓慢下降,但在770℃温度以后,组织性能已趋于相对稳定。因此,最佳热处理工艺为:1 050℃保温30 min正火,770℃保温120 min回火,可得到最佳的综合性能与组织状态。

Abstract:The paper analyzes and studies the influence of heat treatment process on the structure andproperties of T23 seamless steel pipe. Results show, within testing temperature range, hardness as awhole gradually increases and grains grow with the rise of austenization temperature and grain sizereaches an ideal level of 7-7.5 at 30 min with austenization temperature rise to 1 050 ℃; strength andhardness gradually decrease with the rise of tempering temperature but the structure and properties tendto be stable after 770 ℃. Therefore, optimal heat treatment process is keeping the temperature at 1050℃for 30 min and then normalizing; keeping the temperature at 770 ℃for 120 min and thentempering. With this process, optimal overall property and structure can be obtained.
