高校教师薪酬管理信息系统架构

摘    要:对当前高校教师薪酬结构和薪酬分配方式进行分析,提出以绩效薪酬为核心的薪酬管理信息系统架构。将绩效、科研、教学等多个角度共同体现在系统结构中,通过在系统中提升教职员工和二级单位在绩效考核过程中的参与度与互动性,解决教师绩效评估困难的问题,实现基于科研、教学和薪酬信息化应用解决方案的学校与二级学院之间的管理服务模式。

Abstract:In this paper,the salary structure and salary allocation methods of the current university teachers are analyzed,and the optimization management platform with the merit salary as its core is proposed.The proportion of the merit salary in teachers' salary on this management platform is increased.To allocate the merit salary scientifically and fairly,the scientific research management and teaching management are integrated closely with the merit salary,and the incentive effect of the merit salary is enhanced.
