氨化聚丙烯增容纳米二氧化硅/聚丙烯复合材料的研究

摘    要:利用反应性增容剂氨化聚丙烯(PP-g-NH2)增容制备了纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)/聚丙烯(PP)复合材料。通过扭矩流变仪、熔融指数仪、高级扩展流变仪、红外、热重分析及扫描电镜等对PP-g-NH2增容作用进行了研究。结果表明:PP-g-NH2的加入使复合材料黏度增大;抽提实验、红外和热重分析表明,共混时确实发生了反应,消耗了部分改性纳米粒子(SiO2-g-PGMA)表面的反应性基团,在SiO2-g-PGMA粒子含量为3%,PP-g-NH2含量为10%时,SiO2-g-PGMA上环氧基的反应率为8%;扫描电镜研究表明PP-g-NH2能有效促进纳米粒子的分散。

Abstract:Nano-SiO2/PP composites were prepared by using amine functionalized PP (PP-g-NH2) as reactive compatibilizer. The compatibilization effect of PP-g-NH2 was studied by using instruments such as torque rheometer, MFR, FT-IR, TGA and SEM. The results show that the viscosity of composites is increased by the adding of PP-g-NH2. IR and TG show that the reaction occurs indeed during blending, consuming some of reactive groups of SiO2-g-PGMA surface, when nano-SiO2 content in SiO2-g-PGMA is 3% and PP-g-NH2 content is 10%, the reaction rate of epoxy-group of SiO2-g-PGMA is 8%; SEM shows PP-g-NH2 is able to promote the dispersion of Nano-SiO2 effectively.
