| 摘 要： | 针对湘钢捧材厂生产过程中出现的650轧机万向联轴节过盈联接松动重大设备隐患，从理论及实践角度进行了系统的分析，找出了过盈联接松动的原因，提出了具体、有效和经济的最佳解决方案。结果表明，改进后效果良好，满足了生产的需要。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the fatal equipment hidden-trouble that the interference link on universal coupling joint in the 650 blooming mill is loose for the production process in the Rod Rolling Mill of Xianggang, the systemic analyses theoretically and practically were made in this article. The cause why the interference link behaves so was found and the concrete,effective, economical and optional ways of resolving were put forward. The results indicate that the favorable effects were obtained and was satisfied with the production requirement. |
