杂粮苦荞、玉米米粉条的研制

摘    要:选用杂粮苦荞、玉米等为主要原料,研制出杂粮苦荞、玉米米粉条,保留了杂粮的原有色泽、香味及营养成份,增加了南方传统米粉条的保健功能。

Abstract:Selecting of grains other than wheat and rice,bitter buckwheat and corn, etc as main raw materials, developing grains other than wheat and rice,bitter buckwheat and corn stick,remalning its intrinsic colour and luster, aroma and nutrient component, increasing the function to health protection of southern traditional rice stick.
