摘    要:针对电网规模逐年扩大使得主网设备停电需求增多,现有的检修停电分析对故障区域外系统影响分析不全面,分析风险时计算量大,对相关人员技术水平要求高等问题,文中设计了基于检修灵敏度和网络重构的电网安全稳定系统。首先,介绍了系统获取电网数据模型的方法及模型数据包含的意义;分析了多设备同时检修方式的电网运行风险分析方法,并将设备检修灵敏度排序,找出同时检修风险最大的设备;对检修时可能引起的潮流越限和损耗增加的问题,采用网络重构的方法消除越限并降低损耗。最后,通过在某地市公司的实际应用并利用某省级电网部分区域在某时刻的模型验证了设计系统的可行性,对电网检修有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:In view of the increasing demand for power failure of main network equipment due to the expansion of power grid scale year by year, the existing analysis of the impact of maintenance power failure on the system outside the fault area is not comprehensive, the amount of calculation is large when analyzing risks, and the technical level of relevant personnel is required to be high, a power grid security and stability system based on maintenance sensitivity and network reconfiguration is designed in this paper. Firstly, the method of obtaining power grid data model and the significance of model data inclusion are introduced; The risk analysis method of power grid operation in the mode of multi equipment simultaneous maintenance is analyzed, and the equipment maintenance sensitivity is sorted to find the equipment with the greatest risk of simultaneous maintenance; For the problems of power flow out of limit and loss increase that may occur during maintenance, network reconfiguration is adopted to eliminate out of limit and reduce loss. Finally, the feasibility of the design system is verified by the actual application in a city company and the use of a provincial power grid part of the region at a certain time model, which has a certain guiding role in power grid maintenance.
