三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的分离与提纯

摘    要:蔗糖-6-乙酸酯氯化过程中会有一系列的副产物生成,先通过过滤去除氯化过程中生成的碳化物及盐。其次用甲苯除高分子聚合物。再次乙酸丁酯除强极性杂质,最后通过甲醇结晶除弱极性杂质,得到三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯,收率75.24%。经高效液相色谱分析,产品纯度可达99.9%以上。提纯的三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯经脱酰基生成的三氯蔗糖纯度可达98%以上。本文为三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯工业纯化工艺提供一种简单可行的方法。

Abstract:A series of by-products are produced during sucrose-6-acetate chlorination.The carbides and salts of the by-products are removed by filtration and polymer is removed by toluene.Butyl acetate is used to remove most polar impurities,and finally less polar impurities were removed by crystallization.The final yield of sucralose-6-acetate is 75.24%.High performance liquid chromatography analysis showed the purity of product is more than 99.9%.Sucralose was obtained by sucralose-6-acetate deacylation and its purity was above 98%.This study provides a simple and feasible method for industrial purification of sucralose-6-acetate.
