摘    要:针对感知自然环境中材料介电常数的应用,本文提出一种具有较好抗环境杂波的无芯片射频识别(RFID)传感器标签的设计.标签谐振器结构具有极化变换特性并含金属接地板,接收机采用正交方式收发信号,可将环境产生的干扰杂波有效滤除.标签编码由4组不对称Z型金属条带谐振器实现,结构紧凑且相互耦合小.传感谐振器的金属贴片具有阶梯型缝隙,缝隙处被测材料的介电常数影响传感谐振器的谐振频率,通过测量谐振频率实现介电常数传感.搭建标签仿真模型对设计进行了分析,从编码和传感两方面结果验证了设计的可行性.

Abstract:In order to realize the application of sensing the dielectric constant of materials in natural environment,this paper proposes a design of chipless radio frequency identification(RFID)sensor tag with good anti-clutter performance.The tag resonator structure has polarization conversion characteristics and contains a metal ground plate.And the receiver uses an orthogonal method to send and receive signals,which can effectively filter out the interference clutter generated by the environment.The tag coding is realized by 4 groups of asymmetric Z-shaped metal strip resonators with compact structure and small mutual coupling.The metal patch of the sensing resonator has a stepped gap,where the dielectric constant of the measured material affects the resonance frequency of the sensing resonator.The dielectric constant sensing is realized by measuring the resonance frequency.The simulation model is built to analyze the design,and the results from both aspects of coding and sensing verify the feasibility of the design.
