摘    要:研究超声辅助提取甘草渣中总黄酮的工艺条件,采用响应面分析法对其进行优化,并通过测定甘草渣总黄酮提取液对羟自由基和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的清除能力以及铁还原力,考察了其抗氧化活性。结果表明:超声提取甘草渣中总黄酮的最优工艺条件为:超声时间42 min,提取时间2.5h,提取温度70℃,在该条件下甘草渣总黄酮收率为1.49%。甘草渣中总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性,其浓度在0.12 mg/mL^1.2 mg/mL之间时,其清除羟自由基能力、清除DPPH自由基能力和铁还原力均随其浓度的升高而增强。

Abstract:The conditions for ultrasonic assisted extraction of total flavonoids from licorice residue were studied and response surface analysis was used to optimize the conditions.The antioxidant activity of the extract was investigated by measuring the scavenging ability of the extract to hydroxyl radicals and 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH)radicals and the iron reducing force.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from licorice residue were:ultrasonic time 42 min,extraction time 2.5 h,extraction temperature 70℃,under which the yield of total flavonoids from licorice residue was 1.49%.When the concentration of flavonoids in licorice residue is from 0.12 mg/mL to 1.2 mg/mL,the ability of scavenging hydroxyl radicals,scavenging DPPH radicals and reducing iron are enhanced with the increase of its concentration.
