基于MIKE FLOOD的巢湖市主城区现状排水能力与内涝风险评估

摘    要:为了构建巢湖市完善的城市排水防涝工程体系,编制《巢湖市城市排水(雨水)防涝综合规划(2015-2030)》。首先,基于MIKE FLOOD软件,建立了巢湖市城市排水防涝系统计算机模型。其次,通过设置不同的设计暴雨情景,模拟分析了1、2、3、5、10 a等不同重现期条件下现状排水系统的排水能力,并对巢湖市主城区内涝风险与区划进行了评估。结果表明:当前巢湖市主城区约有61.13%的管网现状排水能力能满足5年一遇的排涝设计要求,但仍有27.86%的管网现状排水能力未能达到1年一遇的排涝设计要求(2015年);新编规划的排水防涝工程体系能满足50年一遇设计暴雨的排水防涝要求;利用MIKE FLOOD和情景模拟评估方法可为城市排水(雨水)防涝综合规划编制提供技术支撑。

Abstract:In order to build a improved urban drainage and waterlogging prevention engineering system of Chaohu City,comprehensive planning for urban drainage(rainwater)and waterlogging prevention of Chaohu City(2015-2030)was prepared.Firstly,based on MIKE FLOOD software,a computer model of Chaohu urban drainage and waterlogging prevention system was established.Secondly,through the design of different design storm scenarios,drainage capacity of current drainage system under different recurrence periods such as 1,2,3,5,10 a was simulated and analyzed,and the risk and division of waterlogging in the main urban area of Chaohu City were evaluated.The results showed that current drainage capacity of Chaohu City could only meet the design requirements of once-in-a-year(2015).Comprehensive planning of urban drainage(rainwater)and waterlogging prevention of Chaohu City(2015-2030)could meet the drainage and waterlogging requirements of once-in-50-year design rainstorm.The use of MIKE FLOOD and scenario simulation assessment methods could provide technical support for the comprehensive planning of urban drainage(rainwater)waterlogging prevention.
