摘    要:建立了离子液体液相萃取-高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测调味品中罗丹明B的方法。设计合成1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体,利用该离子液体对调味品中罗丹明B进行吸附,通过HPLC分析其含量。考察了溶液pH、离子液体体积、吸附时间、吸附方式等因素对离子液体吸附罗丹明B的影响。该方法操作简便,回收率高(91.57%~92.31%),结果稳定(RSD(定性)%=0.31%,RSD(定量)%=1.22%),灵敏度高,方法检出限为0.05ng/g,样品处理耗时短,适合批量样品处理。

Abstract:Developed a method for the determination of rhodamine B in condiments by ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid extraction combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Designed and synthesized 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquid,and used this ionic liquid to adsorb rhodamine B in the seasoning and analyzed its content by HPLC.Investigated the effects of solution pH,ionic liquid volume,adsorption time,and adsorption mode on the adsorption of rhodamine B by ionic liquids.This method is simple and convenient to operate,and the recovery rate is high(91.57%~92.31%).The result is stable(RSD(qualitative)%=0.31%,RSD(quantitative)%=1.22%),the sensitivity is high,and the detection limit of the method is 0.05ng/g.Sample processing takes a short time and is suitable for batch sample processing.
