电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)测定水中钠的不确定度评定

摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)对水中钠进行检测,并对样品结果进行不确定度的评定。分析计算试验过程中引入的样品重复性测定、标准溶液、标准溶液配制和标准溶液系列曲线拟合各分量的相对不确定度,其中重复测定和标准曲线拟合贡献最大。通过各分量合成计算,在置信概率为95%时,取包含因子k=2,得出水中钠的扩展不确定度。

Abstract:The sodium in water was determined by ICP, and uncertainty of sample results was evaluated. Relative uncertainty of each component was also analyzed in the experiment, including sample repeatability, standard solution, standard series solution dilution and curve fitting process, was analyzed. The largest contribution was sample repeatability and standard curve fitting. By the composition of each component, expanded uncertainty of sodium in water was obtained by taking confidence probability of 95% and coverage factor k of 2.
