Abstract:Quick-openning valve device can be calibrated dynamic pressure.Its step pressure rise time is an important indicator for the calibration of the pressure sensor’s frequency response characteristics and sensitivity.This paper finds that the step pressure rise time is related to the low pressure chamber’s size and the sensor’s location.So it is necessary to carry out a simulation study on it.Based on the structure of the quick-opening valve device,this paper uses FLUENT to establish a three-dimensional numerical simulation model.In the model,the simulated pressure of the high-pressure chamber is 1500 kPa,the simulated pressure of the low-pressure chamber is 1500 Pa,and the length of the high-pressure chamber is 1000 mm.The sensors are respectively arranged at different positions on the end face and side wall of the low-pressure cavity,and the size of the low-pressure cavity is constantly changed,and the pressure measurement data under various conditions are obtained respectively,and the results were analyzed.The simulation results show that the step pressure rise time of quick-openning valve deviceis affected by the size of the low pressure chamber and the location of the sensor.As the length of the low pressure cavity increases,the pressure rise time becomes longer,that is,the pressure rise time value is positively correlated with the length of the low pressure cavity.
