摘 要: | 根据被加工件的结构形式及特征,考虑了各种定位、夹紧方式及微进给机构,提出了采用气体真空吸附法和可换定位板的组合方式,来安装被加工件。设计出了气体真空吸附夹紧系统及微量进给夹具,并应用本系统进行了磨削实验研究和分析,给出了微小异形零件的有效定位和夹紧方法。

Analysis on air vacuum sucking system |

Abstract: | Based on the structural mode and characteristics of the parts to be machined, various positioning, clamping methods and micro-feed devices are considered and a method combining air vacuum suction with changeable positioning boards is proposed for parts clamping. An air vacuum suction clamping system and a microfeed fixture are designed and have been applied in experimental grinding research and analysis. Thus the effective positioning and clamping methods for small and special shaped parts have been obtained. |
