| 摘 要： | 对在垂直力及力矩作用下滚动直线导轨组成的精密工作台，在沟槽处的接触变形而引起的加工点位移进行了研究．根据位移叠加原理，推导出了简便计算公式，为补偿精密机床的加工误差提供了理论依据．同时，也为求解其它载荷作用下精密工作台加工点的位移提供了一种重要方法．

| Abstract: | Under the vertical load and the torque, the paper makes a study on the connect shape change at the pitch of precision table made of linear rolling guide and its trigger manufacturing point displacement. Basced on the theory of displacement summation, the paper presents a simple and convienent calculation formula and provides the theoreitc proof for indemnifying error of precision machine lathe. Meanwhile, if also produces an imporant method for solving manufacturing point displacement of other precision tables under the acting of lading. |
