摘    要:防腐蚀是湿法磷酸装置设计中的一大课题,介绍300kt/a(P2O5计)湿法磷酸装置中设备和管道等防腐蚀设计所选用的耐腐蚀材料及其使用情况,指出存在问题和所采取的改进措施。对磷酸反应槽等搅拌设备中,皎皎桨底下设计选用的不锈钢防磨板,因易脱起、使用效果不可靠,改用砌碳砖后使用效果较好。

Abstract:Corrosion preventin is an important subject in the design of wet process phosphoric acid plants.The author describes corrosion proof materials selected in the corrosion prevention design and their application for equipment and pipes of the 300?kt/a(P 2O 5) wet process phosphoric acid plants,and points out existing problems and improvement measures taken.Selected s.s. corrosion proof plates under the agitating paddles in the phosphoric acid attack tank and other agitating equipment are easy to come off,so,their application effects are unreliable.Replacement with carbon bricks makes good effects.
